Refund Policy - FactoRight

Users will be able to access a free trial before upgrading to a paid subscription. To request a free trial the user must provide an email address. Only one free trial per email will be provided. The user may cancel the trial period at any time before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Users may request a full refund of the subscription within 7 days of the first charge for the subscription. Refunds will only be issued for the first billing period; no refunds will be issued for subsequent billing periods. To request a refund during the established period, please send us your refund request via email. Please note that if 7 days have passed since the first payment of the subscription no refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled before the next billing date. The user may cancel the subscription at any time and access to the paid features will remain available until the next billing date, when it will be permanently suspended. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the account settings in the billing section. Canceled subscriptions will not be charged on the next billing date and automatic billing will be canceled and stopped..
